Crushing Applications
Russian soybeans are primarily supplied to oilseed crushing plants for production of soybean meal and soybean oil. Typical crushing yields:
- Soybean meal — 44–48% crude protein, primary ingredient for poultry, swine and aquaculture feed
- Soybean oil — crude and refined grades for food industry, biodiesel and oleochemical use
