Quality & grading

Russian wheat 11.5% protein sits between feed and premium milling grades. It is widely used as a blending component — combined with 12.5% or 13.5% wheat to hit target flour protein at lower cost, or milled alone for biscuits, pasta and general-purpose flour.

Each lot is graded at origin elevator and re-inspected at loading port. SGS or equivalent surveyor checks protein, moisture, test weight, falling number and contaminants against contract specs.

Loading ports

  • Black Sea — Novorossiysk, Rostov-on-Don, Azov, Tuapse (FOB Novorossiysk hub)
  • Baltic — Saint Petersburg, Ust-Luga — access to EU and North European buyers

Port choice depends on buyer location, vessel size and current export logistics. We advise the most competitive loading option per shipment.

  • FOB — cargo delivered on board at port of loading; buyer arranges sea freight and insurance
